On Celebrity Apprentice, Jose pushes Richard Hatch to explain what he meant when he said Jose wasn't intelligent enough to make a game move. Hatch explains it to him, but Jose is unable to handle the truth.

Richard Hatch calls an early morning meeting for Backbone (the team's name). Even in it, David Cassidy is dying to get attention.

Another bonus scene: David and Richard trash each other's work in the boardroom. David Cassidy seems to have a real problem with Richard Hatch, no matter what room they are in. On the show last night, he (David) couldn't take up for himself and constantly kept whining.

NBC has named country music's Male Vocalist of The Year Blake Shelton as the fourth and final musician coach of "The Voice," a new musical competition series premiering on Tuesday, April 26 (9-11 p.m. ET). Shelton joins previously announced musician coaches Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine.

The announcement was made by Paul Telegdy, Executive Vice President, Alternative Programming, NBC and Universal Media Studios.

"We couldn't have a panel that represented the hottest American music without a strong country presence, and Blake is at the top of his game right now," said Telegdy. "Not only is he incredibly charismatic, but his passion for collaborating with and bringing the best out of other talented artists makes him the perfect choice to round out this 'Dream Team' of musician coaches."

"I'm not sure 'The Voice' knows what they signed on for by bringing me on the show," joked Shelton. "I know this for sure; Christina, Cee Lo, Adam and I are going to have a blast and I am extremely excited to be part of a show that recognizes true vocal talent."

The Oklahoma-born Shelton made his debut with the single "Austin," released from his self-titled first album that later became gold-certified. The song occupied the top spot on Billboard's Hot Country Songs charts for five weeks.

Shelton's second album, "The Dreamer," and his third, "Blake Shelton's Barn & Grill," also were certified gold.

His other popular albums include "Pure BS," "Startin' Fires," "Hillbilly Bone," "All About Tonight" and "Loaded: The Best of Blake Shelton" (his first compilation album). The albums yielded such hit singles as "Ol' Red" (considered Shelton's signature song), "All Over Me," "The Baby," "Some Beach," "Goodbye Time," "Nobody But Me" (which appeared on the television movie "The Christmas Blessing"), "Home," "The More I Drink," "Don't Make Me," "She Wouldn't Be Gone," "I'll Just Hold On," "Hillbilly Bone," "All About Tonight," and more recently, "Who Are You When I'm Not Looking."

In addition, Shelton's duet with Trace Adkins, "Hillbilly Bone," reached #1 last year and won every country collaboration award from the Country Music Association, Academy of Country Music, CMT and ACA Award shows. He also collaborated with his fiancée, Miranda Lambert, for their #1 hit single "Home" and Hillary Scott (Lady Antebellum) on "Suffocating."

Last fall, Shelton was named the Male Vocalist of the Year by the 44th Annual Country Music Awards. He also has won five additional awards for Vocal Event of the Year from the Academy of Country Music, Musical Event of the Year from the Country Music Awards, and Collaborative Video of the Year (with Adkins) from Country Music Television to name a few. He also is a Grammy Award nominee and was inducted into the prestigious Grand Ole Opry.

On "The Voice," four famous musician coaches -- Shelton, Aguilera, Green and Levine -- will each select singers to mentor into artists during the blind auditions. Once they have their teams, the star coaches will bring in their personal songwriters, producers, and high-powered friends to help their teams evolve. Ultimately, America will decide which singer will be worthy of the grand prize.

Hosted by Carson Daly, the show's innovative format features three stages of competition. The first begins with the blind audition, then the competition enters into a battle phase, and finally, the live performance shows. The show's casting team is working with the music industry and searching the country for the best singers to bring to the blind audition process.

During the blind auditions the decisions from the coaches are based solely on voice and not on looks. The coaches hear the contestants perform but they don't get to see them thanks to rotating chairs. If a coach is impressed by the contestant's voice, he/she pushes a button to select the contestant for his/her team. At this point, the coach's chair will swivel so that he/she can face the contestant he/she has selected. If more than one coach selects the talent, the power shifts to the contestant, who may choose which coach he/she wants to work with throughout the competition.

Once the teams are set, the battle is on. Coaches will dedicate themselves to developing their singers, giving them advice, and sharing the secrets of their success. During the battle rounds the coaches will pit two of their own team members against each other to sing the same song together in front of a studio audience. After the vocal face-off, the coach must choose which of his/her singers will advance.

At the end of the battle episodes, only the strongest members of each coach's roster remain and proceed to the live stage shows. In this final performance phase of the competition, the top contestants from each team will compete against each other during a live broadcast. The television audience will vote to save one talent on each team, leaving the coach to decide live who they want to save and who will not move on.

At last, each coach will have their best contestant left standing to compete in the finale. From these four, one will be named "The Voice" -- and will receive the grand prize of a recording contract and $100,000.

Just in case you missed it, here's a clip of Russell Hantz being voted out at tribal council last night on Survivor Redemption Island:

Clip Courtesy of this Youtube User

Matt and Andrea, the Survivor Redemption Island contestants who were on the road to being this season's showmance before Matt was voted out, talk about seeing each other at the duel challenge. Andrea says she wore the necklace she made him to the duel hoping he would know she didn't vote for him:

Matt's thoughts on Andrea: It was bittersweet to see her and he's fairly certain that Andrea didn't vote for him (since she clearly said I didn't vote for either of them). He's not happy about being alone in the game and spends alot of time singing songs.

Although it looked like Survivor contestant, Francesca, had the duel between her and Matt won last night on Redemption Island, Matt made a strong come-back in the final few seconds and Francesca's time with Survivor was over. She's disappointed that she left so early and talks about the tribe members being in awe of Boston Rob. (who is getting an amazing edit ---haven't read any spoilers yet but I wonder if he goes very far) More from Francesca below:

Reality star, Holly Madison poses for untouched photos for Life & Style, after being slammed both on her own show (Holly's World) and in the media about her weight.

“I’d rather be overweight and curvy than super thin with no curves,” Holly, 32, exclusively tells Life & Style at the photo shoot on Feb 21. “I’m proud of my body.”

Holly says about cellulite:

“I have cellulite — and had it even when I was at my absolute thinnest. I’m never not going to have cellulite. People need to just accept that it’s there and maybe dress accordingly or use body makeup to cope with it.”

Still, when Peepshow’s choreographer and director instructed Holly to shed weight — after she’d gained 15 pounds following her move to Sin City — she was hurt, she confesses. “Once I realized that other people were noticing that I’d packed on a few, I was embarrassed to go onstage,” she reveals. Making matters worse: her Holly’s World nemesis, model Jayde Nicole. “Holly needs to lose 10 pounds of fat,” Jayde, who once cattily sent Holly a basket full of candy when she knew her co-star was dieting, recently told Life & Style.

“After moving to Vegas, I lived in a suite in Planet Hollywood for a year and ordered room service all the time,” Holly says. “I like food too much to go on some crazy diet. French fries are my favorite downfall.” Holly also says she’s not willing to give up sweets but she has decided to make some healthy changes: Pilates classes and 20-minute runs, and mixing prepared meals from the Fresh Diet delivery service into her menu.

About her body, Holly says:

“I’ve always had a butt, and I want to keep it — cellulite and all. I’m not perfect, but I love my curves.”

Check out more exclusive unretouched photos and our full interview with Holly Madison in the new issue of Life & Style, on newsstands now.

After coming in last in the 5k treadmill challenge on last night's Biggest Loser, Arthur had no choice at all in who his trainers would be. He ended up being on the Red Team, which has a strong alliance. The red team lost the weigh in and Arthur was sent home.

Arthur's exit was one of the most emotional on The Biggest Loser---his former black team members and trainer, Jillian, were all crying--both when they learned he had to go to the red team and when the red team lost the weigh in (was that on purpose, I wonder? Very low weight losses for most red team members for the two week period, while the black team members all had double digits). The red team, however, seemed to know exactly what they were doing even while the 5k challenge was in progress---they all rallied around and encouraged Sarah to push hard to beat Arthur, telling her she would be voted off if she didn't beat him (By them). (she and Arthur were the last two to finish the 5k) (Explanation:The red team knew Arthur would be on their team if he came in last because Jen had finished early and was able to choose her own trainer--she chose to go back to Bob and Jillian, which meant one black team member would be going to the red team. The red team told Sarah if it was her, they would vote her out, pushing her to push ahead of Arthur.)

In the end, Arthur lost his ability to choose his own path for this particular challenge, but says had asked God to lay his path out for him and he would follow it. He hopes to be at 250 pounds by the finale.

Who knows.......maybe they will give someone a chance to come back to the Biggest Loser ranch like they have on past seasons? Until then, Arthur continues his workout regime and healthy eating along with his Dad, Jesse, and is doing great. They will be missed on the ranch and on the show.

Brad Womack sent Ashley Hebert packing on The Bachelor last night, but she's not bitter. In an exclusive interview with Life & Style, Ashley reveals just what went wrong. "We ran out of time and didn't know each other as well as we needed to, to be at the point we were at," she tells Life & Style. "He let me go in a very respectful way and I appreciate it. He didn't just leave me there without a rose; he treated me like a girlfriend."

Still, she was hurting. "I did fall in love with him," Ashley admits. "My heart was broken and the tears were flowing. I really did care about him a lot." But now that time's passed, she says, "I don't think it was a mistake. I think the two women left [Chantal and Emily] are better for him."

And she certainly hasn't given up on love. "I would definitely do The Bachelorette if they asked me!" she tells Life & Style.

Michelle Money

All season long, Bachelor contestant Michelle Money brought the drama — and the upcoming reunion special will be no exception! Life & Style has learned that during the Women Tell All special (airing March 7 at 8 P.M. on ABC), the claws come out for villain Michelle, and she finally breaks down.

Brad Womack’s scorned bachelorettes reunited for the taping in LA on Feb. 25. After being called two-faced and shady — and being called a bad mother to 5-year-old daughter Brielle by several of the women — Michelle broke down, bawling hysterically and cradling her head between her knees, unable to breathe.

“I tried to pull myself together or pretend I got it together,” Michelle tells Life & Style. “But it’s been really hard.” To quell her tears, Michelle demanded a break from host Chris Harrison but eventually composed herself. “I lived through it and hope to move forward,” she says. “I just have to not watch the episode.”

Grammy Award winner Cee Lo Green - the popular singer-songwriter-producer -- and fellow Grammy Award winner Adam Levine (Maroon 5) have been named as two of the four musician coaches on NBC's new musical competition series "The Voice," a show about real vocal talent that will premiere on Tuesday, April 26 (9-11 p.m. ET). Following the premiere, "The Voice" will air on Tuesday, May 3 (9-11 p.m. ET) and then move to its regular time period beginning May 10 (8-9 p.m. ET). The announcements were made by Paul Telegdy, Executive Vice President, Alternative Programming, NBC and Universal Media Studios.

"Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine represent the essence of 'The Voice.' They are two of the hottest music artists right now and their voices are instantly recognizable," said Telegdy. "These amazing artists are the perfect inspiration for our contestants to look up to as they begin their journeys from "voices" to true artists -- and any hopeful singer would be incredibly lucky to have either one as their coach."

"It's an honor for me to be able to help mold a malleable and new talent in such a fashion as 'The Voice'," said Cee Lo Green. "Being a coach on 'The Voice' is a substantial responsibility, and I take it with sincerity and distinction."

"I was absolutely thrilled to be invited by Mark Burnett to join 'The Voice' as a coach," said Adam Levine. "I look forward to working with these singers and helping them push forward throughout the competition to make their musical dreams become a reality."

Green - who is better known to his fans as Cee Lo - won a Grammy this year for Best Urban/Alternative Performance for "Forget You" (a/k/a "F--k You"). Cee Lo, a rap singer, songwriter and record producer, first became recognized as a member of the hip-hop group Goodie Mob (which released the album "World Party"), and later launched a critically hailed solo career. He also formed the group Gnarls Barkley with deejay-producer Danger Mouse. Among Cee Lo's best-known hits are the singles "Closet Freak," "I'll Be Around," "Crazy (by Gnarls Barkley) and "Forget You" (a/k/a "F--k You").

Cee Lo's albums include "Cee Lo Green and His Perfect Imperfections," "Cee Lo Green...Is the Soul Machine," "Closet Freak: The Best of Cee Lo Green the Soul Machine," "Forget You" and his most recent, "The Lady Killer." He also collaborated with Danger Mouse for the album "St. Elsewhere" (his greatest-selling album). Cee Lo currently is working with Jazze Pha on the album "Happy Hour."

In January, Cee Lo appeared as a musical guest on NBC's "Saturday Night Live" and his hit song "Forget You" was featured on the series "Glee."

As the front man of Maroon 5, Adam Levine is the primary songwriter of the band and a guitar player, whose talents give Maroon 5 their signature sound. His heartfelt ballads and pop anthems have become part of the fabric of this decade's music scene. Capturing their first of three Grammy Awards as "Best New Artist" of 2005 and going on to sell more than 15 million albums worldwide, Maroon 5 won over fans and critics alike with the hybrid rock/R&B sound they introduced on their debut album Songs About Jane. They followed up with the double platinum album, It Won't be Soon Before Long, which included hits like "Makes Me Wonder" and "If I Never See your Face Again."

In September 2010, the band released their third studio album Hands All Over, which was produced by studio legend Robert John "Mutt" Lange. Most recently Maroon 5 received a Grammy Award nomination for "Misery," the debut single off Hands All Over in the category of "Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals." The nod marks the group's seventh Grammy nomination overall and 4th in that category. Maroon 5's releases have gone gold and platinum in over 35 countries around the world, including Hands All Over, which was certified gold by the RIAA in December 2010.

In addition to his work with Maroon 5, Adam Levine has collaborated with various musical acts including Kanye West, Alicia Keys, Slash and K'naan. Levine has also made several appearances on television including "Saturday Night Live" and "30 Rock."

"The Voice" is a presentation of Talpa Productions, Mark Burnett and Warner Horizon Television. The series is created by John de Mol, who will executive-produce along with Burnett and Audrey Morrissey.
