The Bravo cameras are rolling in the Big Apple! Life and Style revealed exclusively that the highly anticipated new season of The Real Housewives of New York City kicked off filming yesterday.
Despite rumblings that the Housewives were holding out for a pay raise, an insider insists salary wasn't an issue. "The ladies wanted more money, and they're getting it."
"Bravo was happy to up their pay since the show makes more money now. The Housewives just had an issue with some of the wording in the contract," said the insider.
However, next season could be different as the insider tells Life & Style, “Bethenny is getting her own show and she may be off Housewives for good come the season after next.”
