The non-scripted series currently in development will be executive produced by company founders Arthur Smith and Kent Weed.

The non-scripted series will put Cupcake Brown in situations where she is able to draw upon her incredible story and life lessons to help people in crisis.

“We were blown away by Brown’s story as depicted in her memoir,” stated Smith. “In a society where tragedy has the ability to overtake an individual’s life course, we feel strongly that her narrative will translate well to television, bringing strength and courage to American viewers.”

Brown said, “After meeting A. Smith & Co. I knew it was a perfect fit. They understood my story and shared my passion for creating quality programming with a powerful message.”

Cupcake Brown’s memoir “A Piece of Cake,” published by Random House in 2006, shares her story as a young adolescent girl whose life experiences are so horrid that many would argue she would never recognize her full potential. Overcoming childhood abuse, rape, drug addiction, drug dealing, prostitution and even homelessness, Brown demonstrates to her readers what survival really means – by sharing the unforgettable story of a girl who overcame all the odds and found success.

Besides graduating college magna cum laude without a high school diploma or G.E.D., Cupcake has received many scholastic awards including, the University of San Francisco School of Law's Judge Harold J. Haley Award for Exceptional Distinction in Scholarship, Character and Activities; the McAuliffe Honor Society; the National Law School Dean's List; and San Diego State University's Donald Leiffer Outstanding Alumni Award for Distinguished Service. Looks like Spencer's strategy for winning "I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here", has changed quite drastically since he and wife, Heidi, arrived in Costa Rica. Both appeared extremely confident for the game with Spencer declaring on video he would win at all costs, but now sources tell OK! Magazine tell that the couple tried to to quit not once, but twice over the weekend. Speidi reportedly walked took their microphones off and walked off the set on Saturday and tried to walk away again on Sunday morning. Rumor has it they were also complaining that the 'celebrities' weren't quite the 'big stars' they were hoping for. (as though they are)

Just before their adventure began, Spencer told People magazine “If there weren’t cameras and it wasn’t on NBC, I would already have quit,” says Spencer. “But this is my chance to promote my music, and my wife’s music, so I would walk on coals and battle an alligator right now.” Wonder what happened to that determination? I can't imagine things will get any better for them once viewers get involved but we'll see!

"I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here" premieres tonight at 8pm on NBC.

Tonight on The Bachelorette--The ever-adventurous Bachelorette invites one man to take a leap of faith with her on a daredevil date, rappelling 33 stories down the side of a hotel. Then the Wild West is caught on film as 11 bachelors in full costume visit a Western set to shoot classic cowboy scenes, but some are more interested in rehearsing their romantic lines and screen kisses with Jillian. On another one-on-one date a bachelor is in seventh heaven when he gets an up-close look at premium vintage cars. Late that night still another man sneaks up to the mansion looking for a romantic tryst with the Bachelorette. Then two men face off before the rose ceremony when one bachelor's anger boils over. When Jillian gets down to business, some good guys will be sent home when she decides they're just not right for her, on "The Bachelorette," MONDAY, JUNE 1 (8:00-10:02 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

After a helicopter tour of Los Angeles, Jillian and one unsuspecting bachelor land on the top of the landmark Bonaventure Hotel. Problem is, there is only one way down for the couple -- they must rappel 33 stories down to the pool. After their heart-stopping zip down the side of the hotel, they share not only a romantic dinner on the rooftop overlooking Los Angeles but also common concerns about choosing between their careers and love. Will Jillian give him a rose or send him home?

Jillian invites 11 bachelors to a film shoot on a classic Western set, but the guys are surprised to find out that they're the actors and Jillian is their leading lady. Dressed in Old West costumes, they rehearse their parts, including the re-creation of a bar room brawl. The lucky men who get to share a screen kiss with Jillian are eyed jealously by the others, but it's only acting - or is it? After a long day, the group celebrates at a swank Hollywood wrap party, including a screening of their film and a dip in a gigantic hot tub. One man also receives a much-coveted rose.

One bachelor is thrilled when Jillian takes him on a private trip to Peterson Automotive Museum, filled with vintage cars. Then the couple jump into a Ferrari, racing though the streets of Hollywood. The two ahare a screen kiss with Jillian are eyed jealously by the others, but it's only acting - or is it? After a long day, the groulso get into a serious conversation about love, and Jillian's date reveals that he has never been in love before. Again, she is faced with a decision about whether to offer this bachelor a rose or send him home immediately. Later that night, one man is on a mission, creeping up to the villa determined to have some romantic alone time with Jillian.

The battle for Jillian's heart heats up right before the rose ceremony, as a dramatic confrontation is set up between two of the men, with one bachelor targeting another man he has grown to dislike intensely. Jillian must narrow the field to 13 by evening's end, and there are a few good men who will be disappointed.
